What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device. They help sites remember information about your visit — things like preferences or session state. This page explains which cookies our site uses and why.
Cookies we use
We keep cookie usage to a minimum. Here's the full list:
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
__cf_bm | Cloudflare | Bot management — distinguishes humans from automated traffic | 30 minutes | Strictly necessary |
__hstc | HubSpot | Tracks visitors across sessions for CRM and analytics | 6 months | Analytics |
hubspotutk | HubSpot | Identifies a visitor and links form submissions to their browsing history | 6 months | Analytics |
__hssc | HubSpot | Tracks the current session and page views | 30 minutes | Analytics |
__hssrc | HubSpot | Detects whether the visitor has restarted their browser | Session | Analytics |
| HubSpot embed cookies | HubSpot | Meeting scheduler functionality — set when you interact with the scheduling widget | Varies | Functional |
CookieConsent | Cookiebot (Cybot) | Stores your cookie consent preferences | 1 year | Strictly necessary |
Note: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we use for aggregate traffic stats, does not set any cookies.
How to manage cookies
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking manage cookie preferences.
Most browsers also let you control cookies through their settings. You can typically:
- See what cookies are stored and delete them individually
- Block third-party cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all cookies
- Delete all cookies when you close the browser
Keep in mind that blocking all cookies may affect how some parts of the site work — for example, the meeting scheduler may not function without its required cookies.
Changes to this notice
If we add new cookies or change how we use them, we'll update this page and revise the effective date at the top.
