Who is behind True Peak Advisors?
Jason built True Peak after 20 years at Accenture, working alongside some exceptionally talented people who shaped how he thinks about marketing, growth, and leadership. He started the firm because he kept seeing the same gap: senior marketing leaders with sharp strategy on one side and execution that couldn't keep up on the other. True Peak exists to close that gap.
We're equally comfortable crafting stories that influence stakeholders, digging into why experiments aren't delivering, and tackling the unsexy but critical work like operating model and org design. That range matters because most problems don't stay neatly in one lane.
We love touch-ups and renovations, but we're not trying to move into your house. Being small also means we can and do say no. And we expect you to do the same if it's not a fit. We want to work with good people and good companies, ones that treat their people, customers, and communities well. Our goal is to leave with mutual respect and admiration. Life's too short for anything else.
Why the name True Peak?
Every company has real potential, not the number on a forecast slide, but the growth it's actually capable of. We named the firm after that idea: your true peak is your real potential, and our job is to help you reach it.
The name also borrows from digital audio engineering, where 'true peak' is the precise measurement of a signal's actual maximum. In a market full of noisy dashboards and vanity metrics, we liked the parallel.
Our founder lives at the base of the Wasatch Mountains, where peaks are a daily reminder of what's possible.
