Introduction
True Peak LLC, doing business as True Peak Advisors ("we," "us," "our"), operates the website at truepeakadvisors.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short and in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
We gather a small amount of information through two channels:
- Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. This data is processed by a Cloudflare Worker and forwarded to our team.
- Newsletter signups — your email address, submitted only when you explicitly opt in.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and, if you opted in, to send you our newsletter. That's it. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a marketing list without your permission.
Infrastructure & analytics
A few services help us keep the site running and understand how it's used:
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts and delivers the site via its global CDN. Cloudflare processes basic connection data (IP address, browser info) as part of normal web hosting. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — when enabled, provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. No personal data is collected or stored.
- Google Tag Manager — when enabled, manages analytics and marketing tags. GTM itself does not collect personal data but may load scripts that do, subject to consent settings. GTM is currently inactive on this site.
Third-party services
- HubSpot — if you schedule a meeting through our site, HubSpot processes the information you provide (name, email, meeting details). See HubSpot's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — fonts are delivered by Google's servers, which may log standard web request data. See Google's privacy policy.
What we don't do
To be completely clear, we do not:
- Sell your data
- Rent or share your information with third parties for marketing
- Use retargeting pixels
- Track you across other websites
Your rights
You can ask us what data we have about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. Just email us at privacy@truepeakadvisors.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page and revise the effective date at the top. We won't reduce your rights under this policy without giving you a heads-up first.
